What's included in this program?

  • This is a 4 week program that will be designed around YOUR schedule, fitness level and fitness goals.

  • We will work on making changes to your lifestyle and forming the steps that are needed to reach your goals.

  • The number of workouts per week will depend on your goals and your schedule.

  • The program will be designed to be done at home or gym (or a combination) depending on your preference

  • Everything will be App based so that you can workout anywhere you want. Your workouts and progress will be tracked through the App.

  • You will have access to in-app messaging to ask me all the questions you want!

  • The App's "check-in" feature will be used to help keep you accountable for you workouts.

  • All your workouts will be displayed in the App under your ‘current program’ and also scheduled on the in-app Calendar.

  • If you have a health/fitness watch, we will also connect this to your profile to share the data.

  • Every 4 weeks we will go over your progress and make adjustments to the ‘steps’ and habits. At this point a new program will be designed for the following 4 weeks.

  • This program is designed to be effective yet flexible! You will have the opportunity to make adjustments to your schedule so that you can make up for "missed workouts"(coz let's be honest- LIFE HAPPENS!). However, the structure will be kept the same as the success of the program is dependent on you making the changes and doing the work! If you are here looking at training options, you already WANT it and KNOW that there is room for change.

  • We will analyze your eating habits and you will be given meal ideas and shopping list. I will be guiding you daily with meal your meal choices. This is not a diet, but guidelines for you to turn this into a lifestyle that is maintainable. I will be teaching you WHAT and WHEN you should be eating.

  • At the start of every new 4 week cycle, we will have a brief video call to go over the past 4 weeks and to plan for the next 4 weeks. There will also be mini check-ins via in-app messaging 1-2x per week.

How do we get started?

  1. Send me an email and tell me about WHY you need to make a change and also a brief overview of your health, weight, exercise and nutrition history or habits.

  2. We schedule a Zoom or FaceTime call to go over some of the above points in a little more detail and also to see if the program is a good fit for you.

  3. Then the magic happens! LOL! We set up your profile, get you familiar with the App, prep and plan, I create the App and then we get started!!! (This takes about 3-5 days).

  4. This program is going to guide you to make positive changes that can last a lifetime!
